Important Notice: By creating or using an account on the 7t999 platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
21+ Age Restriction: This platform is only permitted for users aged 21 or older. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

General Terms

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the 7t999 platform and its users. This agreement applies to all services, games, bonuses, and any type of transaction on the platform. By visiting the 7t999 website, creating an account, or using any service, you automatically come under the scope of these terms.

1.2 Eligibility Requirements

  • The user must be at least 21 years of age.
  • The user must be a resident of a jurisdiction where use of this platform is legally permitted.
  • Each individual may operate only one account.
  • Persons with mental impairment or those who are restricted from gambling may not use this platform.

1.3 Language & Interpretation

The Bengali version of these terms shall be considered the primary document. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the interpretation of 7t999's authority shall be deemed final.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account on 7t999, users must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete information may result in the account being closed at any time and the balance being forfeited.

2.2 Verification

7t999 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

  • Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
  • Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
  • The user is solely responsible for all activity on their account.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The 7t999 platform currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Funds sent via any other method will not be accepted and 7t999 bears no liability for them.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method)
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification is ongoing or unusual activity is suspected.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

  • Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
  • Funds earned from a bonus may not be withdrawn until the active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
  • 7t999 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious withdrawal request and place it on hold if necessary.
  • Meeting any tax or other legal obligations is the user's own responsibility.

3.5 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to gain an advantage through chargebacks, reversals, or fraudulent transactions will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳6,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Notably, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires completing bets worth ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 before the funds earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
  • Betting restrictions on certain games may apply while a bonus is active.
  • Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household may not claim the same bonus.
  • 7t999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 Bonus Decline

A user may choose not to accept a bonus and play directly with their deposited funds. In this case, the support team must be informed in advance. Once a bonus has been activated, it cannot be declined.

Game & Betting Rules

5.1 Game Operation

All games on 7t999 are operated by third-party software providers. Each game uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. Neither 7t999 nor the user can predetermine game outcomes.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed on the relevant game page. Exceeding specific bet limits while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to technical reasons, the related transaction will be considered void and the stake will be returned. 7t999 is not liable for incorrect results or payouts displayed due to software errors.

5.4 Sports Betting

  • All bets are accepted at the odds available at the time of placement.
  • If an event is cancelled, the bet will be processed as void and the stake will be returned.
  • In the case of combined bets, if one bet is cancelled the remaining bets will stand.
  • 7t999 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

5.5 Live Casino

The dealer's decision is final in live casino games. In the event of a disconnection, the game outcome will be determined according to the record stored on the server.

VIP Program

6.1 VIP Tiers

The 7t999 VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit. The tiers are:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6.2 Tier Advancement

VIP tier advancement is based on the user's regular activity and loyalty. 7t999 reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP program at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

6.3 Cashback Rules

  • Cashback is generally credited at the start of each week.
  • Cashback may be subject to its own wagering requirements.
  • Cashback will not be credited if an account is suspended or closed.
